At PrimeNetworkTech, we aim to deliver products and services that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. However, we understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be required. Please carefully review the return guidelines below before submitting a request.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and are considered final sale:
- Software, license keys, and digital/downloadable products
- Prepaid cards, gift packaging, or activation codes
- Service fees, completed service work, and consultation charges
- Consumable items such as batteries, ink cartridges, thermal paste, and 3D printer filament
- Items returned damaged, used, unsanitary, or missing essential components
These items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances once opened or used.
Return Authorization (RMA Process)
All returns or exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
- Items returned without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and product components to avoid additional charges.
Returns of Opened or Incomplete Items
If the item has been opened, used, or is missing parts, a deduction will apply based on its condition.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Applicable taxes will be refunded where required by law
