Refund and Returns Policy
At PrimeNetworkTech, we strive to provide reliable products and quality service. The following policy outlines the terms for product returns, replacements, and refunds.
Overview
1. Return Eligibility Period
- Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- After 30 days, items fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. Warranty duration and coverage vary based on product category.
- Some items cannot be returned once opened, including sealed retail-packaged items.
Opened sealed retail boxes are strictly non-returnable.
2. Software & Digital Products
- All software products are subject to the license agreement provided by the manufacturer.
- Opening, installing, activating, or unsealing software indicates acceptance of the license agreement, and such items are non-returnable once opened.
- Licenses, Digital Goods, Online Subscriptions, Service Plans, or Non-Physical Goods are non-returnable under all circumstances.
3. Replacement Shipping
- Replacement items are shipped via standard ground shipping.
- If faster shipping is required, the additional shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
- Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
4. Physically Damaged Products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, mishandling, or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return.
- If the product arrives damaged, you must notify the shipping carrier immediately and also inform PrimeNetworkTech within 2 business days.
5. Damage During Transit
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- Do not accept the shipment. Refuse the package and notify the carrier.
- If damage is discovered after opening:
- Contact the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS) to request inspection.
- Then contact PrimeNetworkTech to initiate a damage claim.
Damage claims reported after 2 business days will not be accepted.
6. Defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products
- If a product is determined to be defective or DOA upon arrival, we will arrange for a replacement.
- If, after inspection, the item is found to be fully functional, a 50% RMA processing fee will apply and the product will be returned to the customer.
Important: All products and serial numbers are scanned and/or video-recorded prior to shipping.
Attempting to return an item different from what was shipped will result in claim denial.
7. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Requirement
- An RMA number must be obtained before returning any product.
- Items returned without an RMA will not be processed.
- Returned items must be received within 10 days of RMA issuance, otherwise, the RMA becomes void.
8. Restocking Fees

9. Refund Details
Applicable taxes will be refunded where required by law.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
