The FTL4C1QM2C is a high-performance transceiver module utilizing Single-Mode Fiber (SMF) technology. It operates at a TX wavelength of 1310 nm, with a maximum transmission distance of 10 kilometers. Supporting data rates from 39.81 to 44.8 Gbps, it is suitable for various applications including 40G Ethernet (41.25Gbps), STM-256 (39.81 Gbps), OTU3 (43.01 Gbps), and OTU3e2 (44.58 Gbps). The module features DDM/DOM support for enhanced monitoring capabilities.
Designed for standard environments, it operates within a temperature range of 0° to 70°C. Connectivity is achieved through double LC connectors, with four WDM separated lanes for transmitting and receiving data. Each lane has a minimum transmitting power of -4 dB and a maximum of 2.3 dB, while the receiver sensitivity is -13.7 dBm with an overload threshold of 2.3 dBm. Powering the device requires a +3.3V single power supply, utilizing advanced chipsets from MAXIM, MINDSPEED, SEMTECH, and UX.
